Where can I go to pay my bill online?
Why are dues at the Downtown Executive Club more than the other locations?
This location validates the required parking deck parking, and also included towel service.
What are the ages for KidZone?
Kidz Zone is available to add on to your account for children ages 3 months to 12 years.
What’s the guest policy?
In-Town guests can visit for free on the first visit. Thereafter, the day pass is $20 at the Downtown Executive Club, $10 at all other clubs. Out of town guest fees are $20 per day at the Downtown Executive Club and $10 per day at all other clubs.
Can I add someone onto my account?
Yes! We offer discounts for family plans.
Do you accept Silver Sneakers or other insurance-based health plans?
Yes, we offer Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and AARP insurance plans. Please bring your verification number when joining.
Can I change my billing date?
Yes, please see front desk to change your billing date.
Is Group Fitness included or cost extra?
Group fitness classes are included in your membership cost. We do offer premium classes that are an additional cost.
What’s the cancellation policy?
With a 12-month commitment, you may submit a 30-day cancellation request after your 12 required payments. For month-to-month memberships, you may submit a 30-day cancellation request at any time in order to cancel. Account must be in good standing in order to submit 30-day notice with either membership.

Facilities Questions
How long is the pool in Pelham?
The pool is 25M long which (50M lap) and 3 lanes wide.
What are the pool hours?
The pool is open for members and guests during our staffed hours at our Pelham location.
How long is the walking track at Pelham?
12 laps = 1 mile at our Pelham location
Do I need to reserve the racquetball court (in Pelham)?
You can reserve it, but it’s not required, however reservations come first when using the court.
Do you offer personal training at every location?
Yes we do! We also offer a wide range of packages to fit any budget and time needs.
What is the age requirement to use the exercise equipment?
13 years of age is the minimum, with ages 13-15 needing to be accompanied by a legal guardian.
What type of meal-prep services do you offer?
We have partnered with Fit Five Meals at our Birmingham locations, and Fire Fit Meals at our Huntsville location. Please visit their websites for more information on cost, meal options and ordering.
